As lead contractor and project supervisor, Pause Construction managed the build from concept to completion. During pre-construction, we worked directly with TD Ameritrade’s national real estate team to align architectural plans with business objectives. Permitting and compliance were fast-tracked through Naples’ Commercial Express Track, expediting approvals without compromising due diligence. Our team oversaw daily construction operations through the Procore platform, providing real-time updates, while biweekly stakeholder walkthroughs ensured consistent alignment with client expectations. Following delivery, we supported TD Ameritrade staff with a full facility orientation, conducted emergency system drills, and provided comprehensive digital operations and maintenance manuals to ensure a smooth transition into full use.

The project integrated advanced sustainable design elements, including solar prewiring to prepare for future energy upgrades, smart HVAC zoning for optimized climate control, and water-saving plumbing systems. At the same time, the construction adhered to strict data security protocols and full ADA compliance, ensuring both physical and digital accessibility across the facility.
The project was led by AJ Deerey, who served as Project Executive and maintained direct communication with TD Ameritrade’s national leadership, providing weekly updates and balancing change management with timeline integrity. Maria Lopez, Senior Project Manager, oversaw subcontractor coordination and material logistics, delivering the project without delays. Tom Harris, Utility Integration Lead, ensured flawless execution of all utility tie-ins—including secure data fiber, redundant power systems, and municipal water—passing inspections on the first submission.
